I went in for fixing a cracked tooth as it is conveniently placed clos to our apartment and had availability to see me in short notice. They took some fancy 3D x-rays and I was impressed with the facilities. Dentist drilled a bit and put in a filling. All was well until next day when part of filling fell out so I went back. 5 minutes repair job I did not feel comfortable with at all, so went to another dentist. She took a picture of the work done and even to an untrained eye I could see this being a terrible job done in a hurry. New dentist remarked that I would be better off seeing first year dental students. Expensive repair job, but has held up well now for 9 months. I will not return to Denticor and would advise you all to go somewhere else.

I had an emergency situation and manage to get a booking immediately, the staff is very friendly and both the dentist and his assistant speaks English perfectly. The end result was better than i expected and I will definitely come again for all dental requirements.

I had composite bonding/ veneers done. The first time I wasn’t happy (my two front teeth looked like one big rabbit tooth) so they offered to fix them for me which I thought was great. They did them again and they look better than before, but not perfect. They’re different shapes and one of my front teeth is bigger and more forward than the other. *This is the after photo

I’ve never really left a bad review before and feel uncomfortable doing so (particularly as they were very friendly) but I feel this occasion calls for it. I visited Denticor with significant tooth pain and fever. I was given a 3D x-ray and was examined but the dentist saw «nothing» wrong with me. Four days later I woke up with a swollen face and increased pain in the same area. I returned to Denticor and was diagnosed with an infection and given a root canal (230 euros) and prescribed antibiotics. Two weeks later I still felt significant pain and went to a different dentist for a second opinion. They immediately told me the tooth in question was in fact broken (cracked right down the middle), and «likely had been so for a while». I was told the only option was a tooth extraction. They advised me to return to Denticor as «it is their ethical responsibility and there is no possibility that they will not see that it is cracked». They even showed me the crack in a mirror, as it was visible to the naked eye. I went back to Denticor the next day and was examined and given another 3D x-ray but the dentist said nothing at all about the cracked tooth and sent me on my way, still in pain. I then returned to the second dentist for the extraction and further treatment and reached out to Denticor to ask for my original 3D x-ray (which the second dentist said was a legal requirement when requested by a patient), but I received no reply. Again, the staff at Denticor were very friendly and (originally) quick to respond and schedule visits, but I feel rather surprised and disappointed by my treatment.

Muchísimas gracias a Noel y May, me atendieron de urgencias, me dieron solución para la urgencia y después me explicaron el tratamiento, es mi clínica, son un equipazo, los recomiendo por atención, trato, precio y sobre todo por su trabajo. Tienen un amplio horario y te atienden en cualquier momento. Muchas gracias equipo. Ha pasado un año desde mi implante, he vuelto para la revisión y como siempre han sido geniales y trato maravilloso, es mi clínica dental. Precio muy asequible . Super recomendable.

The staff all seem very nice, they booked me for an emergency appointment quickly, and the clinic is clean and modern, however I had a very bad experience. I had a root canal and two fillings on 3 October 2022, and I was in so much pain during the procedure I cried (but the dentist said it was impossible, and I was just nervous). In the end I left and went to Turo Park, where they discovered the source of pain and addressed it before treating me. They also had to completely re-do the root canal and both fillings. Denticor had missed that there was a second nerve that needed to be removed (if we had put a crown on top it would have caused big problems in future), and the fillings were not done well. I never leave bad reviews, but I really wouldn’t recommend this dental surgery.
